Take donors seriously (aMINA - active for people in need Austria)

We designed a mailing for aMINA, where we asked the donors about their opinion on the existing communication.

In combination with a retrospect on successful projects of the last months, we invited the donors to give us feedback. Through a questionnaire, we wanted to find out about the donors’ wishes and suggestions, in order to contact them as they wish in the future.

As a result, every single donor feels appreciated by the charity. This increases the donors’ loyalty. The higher-than-average donations of those donors, who answered the questionnaire and whose wishes were taken into account, confirmed our way of communication.
