Increase donors’ loyalty through telephone marketing (freiraum-europa)

In the past few years, the NPO freiraum-europa has realised several very successful face-to-face campaigns in cooperation with wort-stark in order to acquire new donors.

We used the up-coming direct debit of the annual contribution to contact the donors by telephone.

As a result, we achieved a considerable reduction of cancellations and a significant increase in annual donations.
