PFOTENHILFE: Multichannel - Fundraising

Excited by a study about multi-channel fundraising carried out by CARE USA, proNPO adapted this method to the Austrian market. We announced a mailing to the donors of PFOTENHILFE by e-mail and/or SMS. Additionally the cause of this mailing was the cover story of the homepage. Three weeks after the mailing, donors who had not donated yet, received a reminder by SMS and/or an e-mail. The success proved our case.

Result: +33% response, +38% average donation
